We used Jacob for a bathroom remodel. He removed a fiberglass shower, tiled in jetted tub and flooring along with light fixtures. He installed a freestanding tub, tiled shower, and LVP flooring. We are very pleased with the outcome. He communicated well, made sure we knew the options on what we were installing and was very knowledgeable about pros and cons of various methods. His work is very detailed and if he wouldn’t want it in his house he doesn’t do it in yours. We will definitely use Koonce Home Improvements for future projects
